1. Advanced Employee Permissions

We highlighted this feature in an earlier blog, so here’s a little refresher: Advanced Employee Permissions stops employees from doing things you don’t want them to do. It’s that straightforward. What does that translate to?

It means that if you don’t want the high schooler running sales at the pro shop editing the tee sheet, you can do that. If you don’t wan’t your shady employee deleting sales, you can stop them. All it takes is a few minutes of setting up your password and clicking a few buttons.

2. Closing the Books

If Advanced Employee Permissions is a manager’s dream, then Closing the Books is an accountant’s paradise. This saves you and your accountant from employees (well-intentioned or not) who feel that they need to correct a sale in the past without your knowledge. Once an admin clicks “Close Books,” the log becomes inaccessible without a password.

3. Sales Audit Report

Our newest feature in the software, Sales Audit Report is closely related to the previous two features. Let’s say that, despite your best efforts to train and restrict access, one of your employees managed to delete a big-ticket sale. That customer now wants a refund, but you have no record that they ever bought it.

With Sales Audit Report, you can go back and see every action that happened in your sales log. That means the deleted sale will be there, along with the user who deleted it, allowing you to sort out the snaffu and make a customer very happy.

Why a “Trifecta”?

Trifecta is a word that describes the impossible task in horse-racing of correctly predicting the first three finishers in order. Sometimes, managing employees in the software seems like an impossible task, so this Trifecta perfectly captures the feeling of successfully preventing unnecessary employee error.
